Business Delivery

For those in our service area, delivery is a business to business model (e.g. loading dock).

An email/SMS will be sent the morning of dispatch to advise of delivery window by our third-party carriers.

If you have specific delivery requirements, such as a preferred delivery day or time, please provide these details in the comments section during checkout, to see if this is possible. We will obtain a quotation for additional charges that may apply.

All deliveries are ground floor/easy access/street level, unless paid for and specified in writing by T&H. Assembly not included. Access, floor protection, leveling of furniture and removal/moving of existing furniture or electrical goods is the customers responsibility.

Pickup

Pickup is from 6/53-57 Burrows Rd, Alexandria 2015.

Our team will let you know when order is ready for collection.

Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday 9am till 3pm (1pm on Fridays): Warehouse team may be able to assist loading/lifting, at their discretion, if organised by prior appointment.

All pick ups strictly by prior arrangement. Minimum one business days’ notice required for collection otherwise you may be turned away.

Protection may be required (e.g. Blankets). As items are unpacked and quality controlled prior dispatch, they may not come wrapped/boxed, accordingly (as would be required of any furniture carrier) we recommend blankets, ropes etc. to protect items during transit. We bear no responsibility for damaged goods during transit.

Inspection of items upon collection is your responsibility and must occur by you/your representative before loading/pickup/dispatch. Once items are released, we take no responsibility for any damage to items, products, property or vehicle/s, be it from transport or mishandling.

We will gladly work with any carrier of your choice however we always recommend using furniture carriers rather than couriers as furniture items that are sent by courier, are more than likely to get damaged during transportation, as they are often not handled with care. Under no circumstances are we responsible for any shipping charges.

We reserve the right not to release an order if, in our professional opinion, we believe it will not be handled/transported with care.

Located Outside of Sydney or in an area we do not service? If you are located outside of Sydney or in an area we do not service, you are considered a Pick Up and you will need to arrange this. We can help you obtain freight quotes from reputable third-party furniture carriers. You can then choose, book, and pay directly for the carrier that best suits your needs.
