Within our Sydney service areas, our delivery goes beyond the standard “box at the door” service offered by most retailers, where you’re left to unbox, assemble, and dispose of bulky packaging yourself. Our white glove delivery includes careful placement, professional assembly (when selected), and removal of all packaging materials, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy.
Delivery
We offer delivery within our Sydney service areas and can assist with freight arrangements to other locations.
An email/SMS will be sent the morning of dispatch to advise of delivery window by our third-party carriers.
If you have specific delivery requirements, such as a preferred delivery day or time, we can obtain a quotation for this service.
All deliveries are ground floor/easy access/street level, unless paid for and specified in writing by us. Assembly not included.

Pickup
Pick-ups can be arranged from our Alexandria warehouse by prior appointment. Please ensure you bring appropriate transport, protective blankets, and assistance for loading, as our team may not always be available to help lift or secure items.
Our team will let you know when order is ready for collection and provide further pickup information.

If you are located outside of Sydney or in an area we do not service, you are considered a Pick Up. We can help you obtain freight quotes from reputable third-party furniture carriers.
